Bed & Breakfast rates

Here are our listed Bed & Breakfast rates for the ranch (Summer and Winter rates listed separately). Please remember that Bed & Breakfast reservations are taken only for the off-season. If you have any questions about pricing or availability, please don't hesitate to contact us.

2007-2008 B&B Rates (on space available basis):

Single $80 (with dinner $110)
Double $110 (with dinner $170)

Price includes room, hot springs facilities, coffee, and full breakfast. Sales tax of 6.6 % will be added.

Kids 8-13 are charged 75% of the adult rate, ages 3-7 are 50%. Dinner is by reservation only.

Waunita is our home, consequently all rooms are non-smoking. Also, we prefer a no alcohol ranch but will allow BYOB in your room or with dinner, in moderation (Bed and Breakfast guests only). Please no alcohol in the common rooms or hot spring facilities.

Check in after 2:00, Check out by 11:00. Please contact us for availability and to confirm pricing. Once confirmed, please print and fill out a reservation form and mail it in with your deposit.
